These placeholder terms define the intent of the marketplace until formal legal documents are added.
Buyer license
Purchases include a non-exclusive license to use the product for personal or business projects, unless a listing states stricter terms.
Creator responsibility
Sellers must own or have rights to all files, prompts, workflows, templates, screenshots, and documentation they upload.
Marketplace enforcement
Appdex may remove listings, pause payouts, suspend accounts, or restrict access when products break marketplace rules.
